Irfhan Rawji

Irfhan is a Managing Partner at Relay Ventures. Irfhan has been a strategic consultant, public company senior executive, and investor for over 20 years. Irfhan is also an Adjunct Professor at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia where he teaches in the areas of finance, public policy, strategy and leadership.

Irfhan is presently board chair of The Logic and director of Canada Western Bank (TSX:CWB). He is actively involved in civic affairs as board chair of Glenbow Museum, board member of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship, board member of Venture for Canada, chair of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada’s Impact Fund, and member of the New Economy Advisory Committee of the Alberta Securities Commission. Irfhan is a recipient of The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, the Arnold Edinborough Award, and is a member of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 (2017).

Irfhan holds an MBA with High Honors from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BCom with High Honours from the University of British Columbia, where he was a Wesbrook Scholar.
