myVentures is being launched by myAbode, with the support of the Alate team, who have helped develop and shape the strategy. We have deep respect for the myAbode team and their approach. Under the leadership of Bronwyn Smith, myAbode has assembled an exceptional group of operators with deep brokerage and technology experience. This hands-on operating experience is core to myVentures’ value proposition. The team understands the day-to-day realities agents and brokerages face and is eager to work alongside founders to bring the best technology to market and create more seamless experiences across the industry.
myVentures will invest in and collaborate with early stage companies, providing capital along with strategic guidance, access to myAbode’s operational expertise, product teams, and direct feedback from its extensive agent network to validate and pilot new technologies. myAbode is building a modern BrokerageOS for brokerages and agents nationwide, with over 7,000 agents across its brands including Right at Home, Property.ca, and StreetCity Realty. myVentures combines capital, industry insight, and access to this network to help founders bring new products and experiences to market faster.
