Courtney is a partner at Alate Partners, where she leads investments in real estate technology companies, provides portfolio support, and manages relationships with industry partners.
Prior to Alate, Courtney spent nearly 10 years in technology and operations at some of Canada’s leading real estate and financial services companies, including Dream and Great-West Life. Courtney is also the co-founder of Proptech Collective and a member of the ULI Toronto Advisory Board.
Courtney takes a human-centred approach, developed through her graduate studies in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialty in Operations from Georgetown University.
